Cake Flavours & Ingredients

There are a complete plethora of flavours available to tickle your tastebuds! And they’re all created using really fine ingredients and locally sourced produce wherever possible.

Basically we can do any flavour that you like…so feel free to challenge us.

Most popular flavours

Sumptuous plumped up Fruit Cake- soaked in your favourite tipple for a gorgeous tasting fruit cake, or if you want non-alcoholic, soaked in 100% fruit juices.

Madagascan Vanilla Cake. We use only top quality Madagascan vanilla in this cake. It’s truly delicious with its layerings of strawberry or raspberry jam and specially created boiled buttercream, again flavoured with Madagascan Vanilla.

Moorish Chocolate Cake – made with the finest of chocolate (dark, milk or white), layered with raspberry jam and boiled buttercream, again flavoured with the finest chocolate (dark/milk or white as required).

Luscious lemon – made with the finest, freshest of unwaxed lemons Naomi can lay her hands on (no artificial flavourings in our cakes), layered with zesty lemon curd and fresh lemon enhanced boiled buttercream.

And there’s more We also have a highly praised carrot cake recipe and very popular at the moment is a sumptuous chocolate and vanilla red velvet cake. Wedding gingerbread, cookies of any flavour and of course the ever-popular cupcakes are always on the menu, too.

But please get in touch if you have a particular flavour in mind. In the past we’ve created rainbow cakes and Jamaican rum and ginger cakes so let your imagination run riot.

As a fully qualified, professionally trained baker, Naomi uses a wide range of sponge recipes to create her cakes, including Madeira, Genoese, traditional sponge, her own specially devised fruit cake recipe and Red Velvet Cake.

Wedding gingerbread, cookies of any flavour and of course the ever-popular cupcakes are always on the menu, too.
